🚀 Digital Sustainability Programme 🌱

Are you ready to make your organisation digitally sustainable? Our new programme equips you with the tools, knowledge, and strategies to measure and enhance your organisation’s digital sustainability. Together, we’ll turn concepts into measurable impact. Lead by the Leap team who have pioneered digital sustainability strategy for the last decade we’ll take you on journey of discovery and action.

What to Expect:
We’ll guide you through three key phases:
1️⃣ Education & Awareness: Discover digital sustainability principles through inspiring talks, case studies, and expert insights.
2️⃣ Research & Measurement: Assess your organisation’s current digital footprint using proven tools and frameworks.
3️⃣ Recommendations & Action Plans: Develop tailored strategies, from quick wins to long-term goals, with actionable plans for implementation.

Programme Format:
            •           Day 1: Workshop on Education & Awareness (Tuesday 28th Jan 10-4)
            •           One-to-One Virtual Check-Ins (times TBC individually)
            • Day 2: Half-Day Workshop: Recommendations & Action Plans (Tue 18th Feb 10-2)
            •           Follow-Up Virtual Check-Ins (times TBC individually)

Attendance is required at both in-person sessions to ensure maximum benefit for the session.

As this event is fully funded by Evolve Futures Project and with limited spaces this workshop is for Cornish SME's and to allow as many businesses as possible to access this workshop we ask that only with one representative per business attends. Funding Eligibility

This event is fully funded. Free lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Prior to the event, you will need to sign a self-declaration form to confirm eligibility for funding.

If applicable you will need to provide the following information:

Previous state aid (e.g. if you received funding via an EU project previously)
UTR code (if self-employed)

Subsidy Control (formerly State Aid)
Where applicable (if you are attending this event as a representative of a business or go on to start a business), this event will accrue towards your subsidy control allowance (formerly known as State Aid). By attending, you are confirming that this, along with any previous support received (e.g. de minimis) will not exceed the Minimum Financial Assistance (“MFA”) threshold of £315,000 cumulated over the current and the previous two financial years). In compliance with the UK subsidy control, a statement of the value of this event will be provided to you by the organisers after attendance.

Photo Consent

Photographs will be taken at this event. We intend to use the images in our promotional material to tell others about the benefits of the project (Evolve Futures). We would like to use your photograph in publicity which may appear locally, nationally and worldwide (such as, social media, websites or other forms of marketing materials). On arrival, we will ask you to sign a sign-in sheet where you will be able to opt in-out of photography consent. By indicating ‘yes’, you are giving consent for your image to be used. Funding Information

The University of Exeter has been commissioned to deliver the EVOLVE FUTURES project on behalf of the Growth Hub by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) (1) as part of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Good Growth Programme. The programme is delivered through the University of Exeter in partnership with Cornwall Chamber of Commerce and Cornwall Rural Community Charity and aims to improve the opportunities for enterprises across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly that aspire to good growth and to accelerate their development through the provision of expert business support.

Data Protection and Privacy

To aid organisation of this event, attendee information may be shared with relevant staff in the University e.g. a list of attendees could be provided to the University host or guest speaker. We will store your information securely, so that we can communicate to you about the event (e.g. cancellation of event, changes to the itinerary).

Confirmation of your attendance at this event will be stored confidentially by the Evolve Futures programme for a period of up to seven years to allow us to comply with our funder. Your details will also be shared with the Growth Hub (CIOSGH) as we are working together to deliver Good Growth Commissioned services to businesses in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
